    Is there staff available on property?

    Full House staff available including, general manager, chef (meals extra) and house cleaner always available to meet your needs.
    Once a day, CASA MAYA KAAN General Manager takes the booking for Temazcal ceremony, Yoga classes, private massages, Transport, and other things that you would like to do.

    What about security at casa maya kaan?

    At CASA MAYA KAAN permanent staff live on the property and will ensure a safe and pleasant stay for you.
    The property is located inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere (Natural Reserve) and there is an entry check point to pass trough for the all visitors to the area.

    Does casa maya kaan arrange a driver and what is the cost?

    CASA MAYA KAAN General Manager can arrange a rental car with driver for short or long term stays. We will provide a quote on prices and types of vehicles available from our suppliers, based on your needs.
    Transportation should be booked in advance.
    Transport can be also arranged from Cancun International Airport to CASA MAYA KAAN

    How far is casa maya kaan from Tulum center?

    CASA MAYA KAAN is located 10 km from the entrance of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere (Natural Reserve) at the end of Tulum Beach Area, where all the most popular and trendy beach and night clubs are located.
    Tulum Town Center is about 18 km away from the property.
    The drive can take from 20 up to 40 minutes depending on car type and road conditions due to weather. For this dirt road a 4×4 veichle is reccomended.

    Is the road to get to casa maya kaan safe?

    The property is located inside the wilderness area of Sian Ka’an Biosphere (Natural Reserve) and there is an entry check point to pass trough for the all visitors to the area.
    As the road is not sealed we suggest a 4×4 vehicle be used when travelling.
